“Eles querem saber se Venom vai encontrar o Homem-Aranha, mas pessoalmente, isso nunca vai acontecer. Estou só brincando, é claro que vai acontecer …”
Serkis se sente bem em fazer essa proclamação porque – como afirmado repetidamente – todo mundo sabe que é inevitável. No entanto, o diretor de Venom 2 adiciona a importante nota contextual de que ver Venom e o Homem-Aranha juntos na tela grande não é um evento que deve ser apressado, pois os fãs perderiam a jornada potencialmente mais rica para chegar lá:
“Olha, depende de quando você quer chegar lá e também de qual é o apetite”, explica Serkis. “Se as pessoas querem mais histórias de Venom, então, pule direto para o Homem-Aranha, você pode estar perdendo tantos grandes supervilões entre agora e então.
